How much does it cost?
Free gives you 3 guides per month. Premium is $4.99/month or $49.99/year (converted to your currency) and unlocks unlimited guides, the expert voice call, photo check and more.
How does the expert call work?
It's a voice conversation with the AI: you speak and a warm human voice answers. No human operators — just your AI expert, available 24/7.
What is photo check?
Snap a photo of what you did and your expert tells you if it's right or what to fix.
How do I install the app?
Tap 'Install the app': on iPhone/iPad use Share → Add to Home Screen; on Android and desktop the install starts right from the browser.
Can I earn Premium for free?
Yes! Every 500 XP earned by completing steps gets you 1 free month of Premium.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Write to hello@asksteply.com or manage it via the Stripe portal: it stays active until the end of the period, no penalties.
Is my data safe?
Yes: we only use a session cookie, payments are handled by Stripe and we never sell your data. You can request deletion anytime.
Are the guides reliable?
They're AI-generated and a great starting point, but for medical, legal or dangerous topics always consult a professional.
