Who we are
Steply ("we") provides AI-generated step-by-step guides at asksteply.com. Data controller: Steply. Contact: hello@asksteply.com.
Data we collect
Google account details (name, email, profile picture) for sign-in; the requests and guides you create; photos and audio you voluntarily submit for photo-check and voice-call features; usage data (progress, XP, preferences); payment data handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your card details.
How we use your data
To generate your guides (content is processed by AI providers such as OpenAI), save your progress, send reminders you enable (e.g., Telegram), manage your Premium subscription and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third parties
Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI processing of text, photos and audio), Telegram (optional reminders). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Retention & your rights (GDPR)
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request access, correction, export or full deletion of your data by writing to hello@asksteply.com. We respond within 30 days. Cookies: we only use a session cookie required for sign-in.

Steply is intended for users aged 13 and over.
